identifier changes. Entries are corroborated by git commits and/or portal _metadata.
We do not invent backfilled history. Pure copy edits that do not change figures are omitted.
Hospital pages now surface CMS quality-shape peers and a QUAL-LEAD/STRAIN/PAR desk instead of identical overall/type/ownership/ER card chrome (portal commit ed83c66). No Medicare payment figures changed; this is a presentation and peer-join enrichment on Hospital Compare fields already in the DB.
Hospital detail routes now use canonical name+city+state slugs with 301 redirects from legacy slugs (portal commit 9e2e0f2). Identifiers changed; underlying CMS Hospital Compare rows did not.
Portal _metadata records last_upgrade and rebuild_completed at 2026-05-15T02:36:13Z after a full rebuild of the CMS Medicare Physician & Other Practitioners and Hospital Compare extracts. Page-level as-of labels continue to follow the published claims year (currently 2023), not this rebuild stamp alone.
